The receptionist/owner/general manager at the reception was really rude. We have been to a lot of places through Expedia and have always enjoyed our stay, but this one was the worst, unfortunately. The desk attendant couldn't find my name reservation for the first hour and we were almost going to pay twice for the place as he said there is nothing he could do despite me showing him the email from Expedia. As we were almost going to pay me and my girlfriend thought of contacting Expedia to be sure as we could see the money taken out from our bank account, so it turns out that the reservation was successful and the transaction had gone through. As advised from CSR through Expedia, we went in the motel again to check-in, and the receptionist/manager was really rude to us saying that we gave the wrong name or didn't tell it right. After telling him the same name again, he said he couldn't see it still, and kept on getting mad at us. So, for the last time, I said the same name (which was probably the 10th time) he finally saw it and said he messed up somehow. So, after an hour of getting there which involved calling Expedia, talking to the rude receptionist/manager, we were finally able to check-in. This is the first time ever that I and my girlfriend had the worst experience and it's sad that it was via a motel mentioned on EXPEDIA :(
