Very nice hotel. Minimalist design but have everything except elevator and also cloth iron. The rest is all excellent :)

I love how their staff treat customer and what i just want to tell hotel management is to give toothbrush with teeth paste in the toilet for cust. Everything is good! Thank you 👍

The restaurant beside (opposite) the hotel is very noisy at night time. Their music is very loud and very annoying at night.

Easy street parking as the block of shop lots were mainly empty. The room we were given had no windows and there is no lift, the stairs were uneven so you need to take care. I found the bed uncomfortable and it was noisy (poor soundproofing)but otherwise, given the price, it is good value. You will need transport to get into Taiping as it is on the outskirts of the town.

Good and clean hotel.

I made a booking with information that I will be checking in on the morning of my departure date. When I wanted to check, i was told that there is no record as they cannot retrieve my booking. When I show them the record of my booking, i was told that they dont have room for me. After some arguement, the receptionist make some call and finally, I was given my room. All in all, it take some more than 40 min for the check-in. This should not have happened with this internet/online system's era.

The location of the hotel is in a rather strategic place. The interior decoration of the room is quite comfortable. Just need to be more focused in terms of amenities provided such as toiletries as well as space / place for storage of goods / clothing.

Clean, comfortable but a bit small

The hotel is located outside of the city centre, but close enough provided you have your own transport. The hotel itself is quite new. The rooms are a bit small & basic, but they are clean & comfortable. There are only 2 wall pegs to hang clothes and no cupboards or drawers. Hot water, cups and coffee/tea is only available at the ground floor communal area.
