Lovely tapas

We enjoyed our stay, a lovely setting, clean and nicely decorated room with balcony over looking the estuary, a warm welcome on arrival and excellent tapas and breakfast.

Hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, rooms very modern and comfortable, only downfall was the weather, would have been lovely to have been able to sit out on balcony and enjoy! Breakfast was very nice and all staff very helpful, would definitely visit again!

Staff were lovely, food was great. The bar in the hotel is open until 10 so there is chatter until then but that didn’t bother us and as soon as it hit 10 it was silent. Beautiful location and rooms

We had a lovely one night stay whilst walking on Gower. Rooms are smartly appointed and comfy, in the evening there is an excellent small plates menu on offer plus ice cream parlour. Popular with locals so had a nice atmosphere, but by 10.30pm the crowds had gone and we had a quiet night's rest. Ideal for Wales Coast path walkers.

Loved room, overlooking the estuary.

Lovely room, overlooking the estuary. Very clean and comfortable. We ate there in the evening, and for breakfast. Both meals were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll stsy again

Spot on room with a large balcony, only downside was the breakfast cereal box was 6 months out of date, the boxes were soon taken away.

What a little gem of a place it’s a bit out of the way but handy to get out and about Rooms with balconies with a great view over the estuary Really good food Tapas are fabulous A shout out to Emma she is a superstar her customer service is faultless

Room was modern, nice towels and the room had a balcony with a view over the Estuary. Breakfast was very nice. However, the shower only had one temperature which was scorching hot. There was no coffee in the room and only decaff tea.

Really, Really enjoyed our stay, all the staff were very polite, very friendly, especially Emma the Supervisor. Very clean room, comfortable bed. We were pleased, as one reviewer had said it was noisy, with the rooms being over the bar, and loud music, this was not true. We were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. Try it for yourself.

absolutely delightful. I arrived later than expected because of terrible rain and the proprietor called to check on me and waited up and prepared for me a boxed breakfast because I was super leaving early in the morning. The room was lovely and all the facilities you could need. I slept really well. Would recommend and return.

Bright and cheerful rooms

We enjoyed our stay, the room was lovely and bright and spotlessly clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable though. The meal we had was lovely, it was a tapas menu. On the second night, we went out to eat and there was no room in the bar for us when we returned. The bar is quite small and catered to people wanting meals. We went into the marquee, but, as it was pouring down, it was quite cold so we went to our room. The ice cream parlour attached to the bar was very large in comparison. Our room was number 1 which was over the bar so it was quite noisy. It was also facing the main road and was affected by traffic noise, although this didn’t bother us. Rooms 4 & 5 would be a better choices as they’re further away from the road and not over the bar.

Great stay for couple

Very comfortable rooms, controlled entry was nice and breakfast was decent (being given a sheet for choice of breakfast was lovely). Check-in was easy, same for check out.

Room was ok but needed a hoover. Not been done for a few days. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was included in price, but failed to mention not a hot meal. Cereals, yogurt and toast only. Cooked breakfast was extra. No mention of this when booking. Staff were pleasant. Room with balcony had very good views. No venue parking, just in the public car park across the way. Overall 3/5.
