(Unnecessarily) Large rooms with poor car service

The rooms are functional. However the service was substandard. Except for my airport transfer on arrival, they didn't get any of the other car transfers right, making me late for my business meetings... And they were just panicking instead of actually doing anything to help... Not helpful...

공항 버스 타는곳이 호텔 바로 길건너편에 있어 편리했어요

전반적으로 깨끗하며, 호텔이 금계호 바로 옆에 있어야경도 멋있고 기분도 상쾌해져 좋은거 같습니다.
