Gran Opción en San Cristóbal

Muy buena opción para visitar San Cristóbal de las Casas, muy cerca del centro y de los andadores con múltiples opciones de restaurantes y además tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad. El hotel es encantador. Quizás un minisplit haría más placentera la estancia.

It has nice views of San Cristobal. The room #2 which was the room I got was big. But my only concern was that it smell a lot of humidity. The shower of the main room specially the hot water did not work and it makes a lot of noise. Luckily it had another bathroom that it work perfectly. Great staff and very helpful.

En general el hotel es muy bonito, tiene una vista increíble. Como su nombre lo dice hay muchas escaleras que subir. No tiene estacionamiento y las calles son un poco estrechas para quedarte ahí, hay que buscar donde.

This is a unique hotel. The pros are the daytime staff, Rolando, and Oscar. It is clean and offers a spacious room. This hotel could be so much more if they had a refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. If they had a guard rail coming down the stairs as if you’re on a higher floor, it would be very treacherous, there is a restaurant upstairs in fact above the unit we stayed in, but no one told us that . it would have great views the bed was very comfortable. It is not far from the walking streets of the town, but it is up here so coming back you do have to walk up here and know where you are walking to.

Mala experiencia

Mala experiencia con la aplicación Hotels.com, la tarifa cobrada por noche en ese hotel fue excesiva. Ni en época alta cobran ese precio en ese hotel, además que los servicios ofrecidos en la aplicación no los cumplen en el hotel y no ofrecen ninguna solución. Y para estar catalogado como hotel boutique, la comodidad de las camas y sofás camas es mala.
