The hotel is quite good and very well located. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. What could be improved is having more English-speaking staff at the front desk.

This is a tourist hotel with many big tour groups staying. We stayed at the Garden Tower. Our room is very small with basics. But the saving grace was the location. Only a short walk to the nearest subway station. Very convenient. The Japanese garden was amazing. It was the reason we chose to stay at the hotel.
