فريق عمل ضعيف للغاية

وصلت في الساعة الثامنة مساء ولم تكن الغرفة جاهزة, وانتظرت قرابة النصف ساعة في الاستقبال بلا جدوي, وعرض على موظف الاستقبال غرفة مدخنين ولما رفضت قال لا توجد غرفة أخري ولما كلمت المدير وقال سنرد قيمة ليلة من الحجز عند الخروج اعتذارا على هذا الخطأ ولكن لم يردوا أي شيء عند خروجي من الفندق ثلاثة أيام في المطعم لم يفكر أحد من العاملين في التعامل مع الذباب المنتشر بين النزلاء وعلى الطعام الغرفة وجودت فيها للاسف قمامة من الزلاء السابقين, ولم ينظفوها كما ينبغي لاستقبال نزيل جديد

Nice hotel with great employees!!

Hotel employees are really really helpful and understandable. I would love to stay there over and over. Hotel is super clean. Food was great too. I had to extend my stay one day more and they changed me the same whatever I paid online. Hotel's money exchange rates were ok too.

Won't be back.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and certainly the worst Best Western. The first room I was in smelled really badly and the shower had zero pressure. I then changed rooms to much nicer smelling room but found cigarette burns in the bedding and other peoples body hair on the bathroom floor. The Internet was also very hit and miss in this second room and I often had to move around the room to connect. Great price for Riyadh but I certainly won't stay again. I would urge Best Western to check this hotel carefully as I don't think it matches up to their usual standards.

The best was comfortible bed, other furniture needs renovation, rooms are small, but really clean & excellent value for money (comparing to same level in Riyadh). Friendly stuff making everyone feels like special. Parking is an issue. Still will book there in the future...

Not Adults Only

First, this hotel advertises itself as "adults-only" yes during our stay there were several families with children. There were two children on our floor who were running and screaming all morning. Second the drainage in the bathroom is such that the floor is always wet after a shower and all night due to leaking faucets. The room was clean and comfortable, the internet was excellent and the breakfast buffet was better than most I have had in Riyadh. The hotel is close to a lot of things guests need, but the other problem is that we took three taxi rides back to the hotel and not one of the drivers knew where it was. The phone number listed on Expedia and the hotel's own card did not answer when the taxi driver called. My negative review is mainly based on the fact we booked this hotel because it was adults only and then were disappointed to find children.
