해돋이 보기가 참 전망이 좋았고 다만 방 크기가 생각보단 좀 좁았습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다.

포항에서는 최고

굉장히 쾌적하고 청소 상태 좋으며 바다 뷰가 멋졌습니다. 서비스 역시 비록 3성 호텔이지만 굉장히 격 있게 대해주셔서 있는 내내 즐거웠습니다.

Great view by the ocean. However we reserved the suite and were a bit disappointed with the quality. Our comforter had patches on it that were quite noticeable.

해변에 가까운 호텔로 전망등은 괜찮은데.....온돌은 저층에 있어 실외기로 전망이 좀 그렇습니다.

浦項で一番良いホテルだと聞いて予約しました。ソウルや日本で良いランクのホテルに泊まってて質の良いサービスに慣れてるせいなのかベストウェスタン浦項ホテルの従業員の接客は一流ホテルの接客ではありませんでした。地方だから仕方ないのかなと思いました。部屋ではwifiが繋がりましたがロビーでは繋がらなかったので不便でした。アンケートの質問に答えてスマホの画面をチェックアウトする時に見せたらマスクパックをもらえると書いてたので、部屋でやってましたが最後クリックするところが分からなくてチェックアウトする時に聞いてみようと思ってましたが、ロビーではwifiが繋がらなかったので最後のクリックが出来ませんでした。従業員はパックを用意してましたが、最後のクリックが出来なくて、予約してたタクシーも来てたしwifiが繋がる所探すのもタクシーの運転手さんに申し訳なかったのでホテルの従業員にもういいですと言ったら用意してたマスクパックを元の場所に戻しました。従業員はスマホの画面を見てたのでwifiが繋がらなくて最後のクリックが出来ないのを知ってたんです。空港に着いてからはwifiが繋がったのでクリックしてみたら完了の画面が表示されました。他のホテルだったらwifiが繋がる場所を案内してくれるかアンケートの答えは全部書いたのでマスクパックくれたはずです。せっかく楽しい旅行だったのに最後チェックアウトする時は良い気分になれませんでした。マスクパックって高い物でもないですしもらえなくてもいいのですが従業員の接客をみてまたこのホテルを利用したいとは思いませんでした。ハウスキーピングの対応はとても良かったです。

바다뷰, 위치 최상

바다뷰가 너무 좋아요. 탁 트였어요. 또 위치도 너무 좋았습니다. 영일대와 환여횟집 코앞이에요. ㅎ_ㅎ 침구도 깨끗하고 방청소도 깔끔했습니다. 그런데 방이 좀 좁아요! 참고하시길!

너무 좋아요~

뷰는 말할꺼 없이 너무 좋아요~ 아침에 알람 맞춰놓고 일출도 봤는데 너무 좋드라구요 침구류 정말 편해요 푹신하고 아이가 너무 좋아했어요~ 더블침대2개 있는 객실에서 숙박했는데 공간도 넓고 화장실도 세면대2개에 편했어요~ 포항가면 꼭 다시 가보고 싶네요~

전반적으로 만족스러운 비지니스 호텔

전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 바다가 보이는 뷰가 끝내주더군요. 비가 내렸다는 게 좀 아쉽긴 한데... 륨 컨디션이 상당히 깨끗했고 침구도 편해 편한 잠을 자고 나온 것 같습니다. 다시 이용할 계획입니다.

홀로 너무 좋았던 1박

뷰가 정말 환상적 밤도 좋았지만 아침에 햇살가득할때 보는 뷰가 더 굿 그런데 욕실관리가 너무 ㅠㅠ 반신욕하려고 물을 받는데 머리카락 둥둥 세면대옆에도 너무 머리카락들이 ㅠ 이것만빼면 그럭저럭 괜찮았다
