Good and quality hotel… and newly renovated. Friendly staff. Good pools, They are like 5. Amazing breakfast and dinner buffet. The only thing is there is no signs to show you where things are but overall a great hotel. Will stay there again.

Stayed for 5 days at Hotel Aubamar Bali and nothing could be faulted. The facilities at the hotel are perfect, with plenty of sunbeds by the pool areas. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a variety of different foods to cater to individual needs. While the surrounding area of this hotel is loud, this could not be heard from the hotel and it felt very private and secluded. Taxis were 15 minutes into palma which was perfect. Overall an amazing stay and I couldn’t recommend more, thank you so much!

We loved our stay! The hotel's recent renovation has truly elevated the experience. Spacious and modern rooms, calm atmosphere, relaxing, and very welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was delicious and varied. A big plus is the on-site parking, which is convenient given how busy the area can get. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect stay, the only downside was the daily cleaning service, which did not replace or restock the coffee, milk, and sugar in the room, and did not replace the pool towels despite our specific requests. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel, but disappointing room experience and location The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful design, well-maintained amenities, and a great atmosphere around the pool. We especially enjoyed the hotel dining and the overall aesthetic. Unfortunately, our room had visible mold when we arrived. When we asked for an upgrade, we were instead moved to essentially the same room on a lower floor, which felt more like a downgrade. Coming from the U.S., where hospitality standards are very focused on client satisfaction in situations like this, I was surprised by the lack of accommodation. The surrounding area was also a letdown — lots of drunk tourists, trash in the streets, and an overall “party” vibe that didn’t match the elegance of the hotel itself. If you’re booking here, I’d recommend being prepared for the neighborhood and double-checking your room quality on arrival.

Booked for 2 adults and 3 children. Definitely not a family hotel even though they claim to cater to children. Asked from time of booking for interconnecting room but emails ignored and then on site acted as though they were too busy but I checked online and could book. No real warmth to the staff generally but not all. Nothing really for the kids to do. Rooftop hot tub not hot at all but staff up there were brilliant. No late check out available and shower they offer at the end of stay to use before flight is soaking wet and not clean. Bathroom shower leaked in both our rooms. No room move offered. Not for families at all.

Ich war rundum begeistert! Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer tollen Anlage, gepflegtem Ambiente und äußerst freundlichen sowie hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern, vor allem Stiven vom Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand bzw. Ballermann, aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Selbst die Nähe zum Bierkönig stört überhaupt nicht, da man im Hotel wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Doppelzimmer sind zwar etwas schmal geschnitten, sodass es mit einem großen Koffer etwas eng werden kann, aber sie sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und vor allem sauber. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, frisch und immer lecker – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!

Das Bad ist mehr als minimalistisch. Das Bad ist vergleichbar mit Unterkünften in Paris. Man konnte nicht mal seine elektrische Zahnbürste ins Bad stellen, sondern musste im Schlafzimmer stehen. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank. Für einen Urlaub von 7 Tagen ist das Zimmer viel zu klein. Wir hatten es bei der Guest Experience Managerin Alejandra angesprochen und ein Bild gezeigt. Sie meinte auch, sieht aus wie in Paris. Aber man hat uns keine Alternative angeboten. Im Bad waren in der Wand 2 Löcher, aus der Kabel herausgeschaut haben. Wir hatten es auch bei ihr angesprochen, da es evtl. Stromkabel sind und im Hotel auch Familien mit Kindern unterkommen, was gefährlich werden könnte. Am nächste Tag war über den Löchern eine Plastikplatte. Offenbar wurde das bei der Renovierung übersehen. Die Renovierung war offenbar auch nur oberflächlich. Teilweise machen die Umbaumassnahmen keinen Sinn. Bei Frühstück und Abendessen ist das Buffet in 2 Bereiche geteilt. Anfangs dachten wir, es macht Sinn den Ansturm in 2 Bereiche zu teilen. Im Endeffekt war das Gegenteil der Fall. Die Hotelgäste laufen sich ständig im weg rum. Der Bereich beim Dessert ist so eng, dass keine 2 Personen dort aneinander vorbei kommen. Das macht dort überhaupt keinen Sinn und nervt nach 7 Tagen in diesem Hotel. Dann war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer ohne Funktion die letzten 2 Tage unseres Aufenthalts. Essen ebenfalls nur Durchschnitt bis fastfood. Bräuchte noch mehr Platz, aber hab das Limit der Bewertung erreic

Ich bin mit meiner Tochter hier gewesen, und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Trotz der Lage, direkt an der Schinkenstraße relativ ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles sauber. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Nur leider waren die Speisen abends oft wenn überhaupt nur noch lauwarm. Sonst alles prima. Wir würden wieder hierherkommen:)
