escasa atencion al llegar al lugar lo pirmero que hicieron fue cobrarme el alojamiento que ya habia pagado a expedia y me dijeron que expedia no cobro nada, que tenia que pagar directo y ahi ni tienen para aceptar tarjeta.. pague en efectivo ..ni un recibo me dieron.. no llego.. y para lo que cuesta el alojamiento no vale la pena.... una cabaja familiar con un baño completo y un medio baño.... con un solo lavabo para lavarse las manos para toda la cabaña... toallas viejas y rotas. papel de baño sumamente corriente...y nula informacion en general.. no vuelvo. ni lo recomiendo

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, la alberca climatizada es un plus total, ya que viajo con niños pequeños y ellos se la pasan a lo grande. Las instalaciones son muy limpias, seguras, un ambiente totalmente tranquilo, se escapa del bullicio de la ciudad. El personal es sumamente atento, siempre pendiente de lo que haga falta, y tiene un sazón delicioso. El único pero que pondría, es que casi no tiene enchufes la cabaña, solo uno el baño, y para uno que viaja de lejos, es importante para mantener cargados los celulares y pilas....

No me gustó que el día de hoy que llegamos, en la noche tuvimos que bañar a los niños con agua fría; Salieron de la alberca y necesitabamos bañarlos pero para nuestra sorpresa no había agua caliente en el baño de la habitación y al decirle a la chava encargada simplemente dijo que no era su culpa que los boilers no calienten y que no sabía si a la mañana siguiente habría agua caliente. Eso para nosotros estuvo pésimo y por eso la calificamos mal y no la recomiendo.

Para desconectarse un rato
Muy agradable la estancia, lugar bastante tranquilo para relajarse. Cerca de los prismas, el bosque de las truchas el museo de los duendes. El agua de la alberca templada pero aceptable.
