The breakfast didn't have many options...the room smelled musty...although nothing happened, the room door wasn't reliable because it didn't close properly...the hotel is poorly lit, creating a feeling of insecurity, and the pool needs cleaning...the bathroom also lacked the necessary utensils, and we had to buy some at a market.

December 28 2025 This resort as rundown, smelly, and unsafe, with issues such as dirty pools, marijuana odor, and bed bugs. mole every ceiling room I try to choose one out of 6 room but the mole smell is make my kid danger for health this one need have all air test before run hotel business again December 28 2025 thank you so much about your cheat customer business

tHE HOTEL FACILITIES WERE IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND DID NOT MEET EXPECTED STANDARDS. Front desk staff was very nice. The hotel has a policy if you don't stay you don't pay. I requested a refund, havent received it yet.

The room was in bad shape and had a moldy Oder. No king size bed that I reserved. Staff was friendly. Had no problem refunding my money. Do to a communication issue between Maingate and Expedia. I had to book different resort. I really feel like Expedia should refund me as well. I will think twice before booking Expedia next time.

This place was very outdated.. not the cleanest. The bathtub had cigarette burn marks all on it, the toilet seat wasn’t even attached. Our TV didn’t work and the HDMI cord had no box to even plug into.. there was mold on the ceilings. Very gross overall, we’re happy we only stayed 2 nights..
