Pleasant stay

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. I can recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel in a quiet corner

Great little hotel in a quiet town. Good if you want to explore the Laacher See and Vulkaneifel area.

A brief overnight stop for us on our way home. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We had dinner which was wonderful and the staff working in the restaurant were hardworking and diligent.

Prima geprijsd in centrum, ietwat gedateerd.

Prima hotel in centrum van Nickenich. Nette prijs, maar kamer is wat gedateerd en hotel in zijn geheel ingehaald door de tijd. Vriendelijk personeel.

Wir standen zunächst vor geschlossener Tür. Mann musste anrufen, dass jemand die Tür öffnet. Vor dem Eingang kann man schon ahnen, wie es drinnen ist. Verschmutzte Steine, Gras in den Fugen, irgend welche Sachen waren abgestellt, teilweise auch komplett verdreckt. Also überhaupt nicht einladend. Im Empfangsbereich muffige Luft und unfreunliche Ausstattung. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, alte Flecken auf dem Teppich, alte Kalkablagerungen im Bad. Das Zimmer war aber sauber, die Bettwäsche frisch und sauber. Das Bett selbst eine Katastrophe! Bei jeder Bewegung hat es gequitscht und gekracht, was den Schlaf enorm gestört hat. Ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel mit Aussenbereich. Sauber und mit gutem Restaurant. Nickenich selbst ist für mich kein Ort um Urlaub zu machen, aber eine sehr gute Lage um die näheren Orte zu erkunden.

Støyende betjening

Kjedelig meny, selv om maten var grei nok. Utrolig mye støy fra betjeningen som også kranglet høylytt i restauranten. Det var en bowlingbane i bakrommet til restauranten som vi fikk inntrykk av var bare for de ansatte. Veldig mye støy derfra, med åpen dør. En av spillerne fikk behov for å ta en telefon og kom derfor ut i restauranten for å glede oss med samtalen. Dårlig utvalg i øl.

Prima verblijf in een net en schoon hitel

Prima verblijf in het hotel.keurige en zeer nette kamers. Wel wat geluid van verkeer door de straat. Lekker gegeten en dit alles voor een nette prijs.
