Cons: As others have said, the property is next to a construction site, and it was loud. But in NYC most places are. It was not quite as clean as I would have liked. Pros: lots of space for the price. It was really nice to have 2 separate bedrooms and another bed for my family. Close to many subway lines for easy transportation. Excellent communication with customer service.
