Spacious rooms. 8 min walk to Metro station that takes directly to Duomo. During our day the air-conditioning was not working and it was so hot at night also the Internet connection was not working. We stayed for three days and we did not have Internet connection for all of us stay

Modern hotel with good facilities. Stayed in a studio room which had a basic kitchen. Air conditioning does not go below 24c which makes it’s quite uncomfortable at times when it’s hot out. Outside pool is good with a number of loungers. Good location for accessing central Milan via the Metro.

Amazing stay and personnel. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, we are really thankful to the check in staff and breakfast host/manager (A.) as she went above and beyond to make sure that our family could get a comfortable table. They also got a little birthday cake for my son, who had his birthday that morning.

The staff was great, but we did not like the food at the restaurant. The hotel has a Metro station within 10 minutes walking. The pool and the room were very clean. The air conditioning in the room was excellent.

Family beeak

The room I booked wasn’t available so we were upgraded to a superior room which was good - it was a huge apartment which was lovely. The service was good, the people were friendly and helpful when needed but the overall condition of the hotel feels slightly run down. The walk to the metro is easy enough - takes about 8 minutes and the metro was easy to use. The surrounding area of the hotel is not the nicest but as a base the hotel was conveniently located.

Overall a nice hotel, helpful attentive staff and comfy spacious rooms. Neighbourhood it’s located in isn’t anything special but at least it’s close the a metro stop. One issue is the lack of sun beds by the pool, 16 for a hotel which has 100’s or rooms isn’t ideal.

We stayed in a self catered family apartment with two bedrooms, perfect for a family break. The kitchenette enabled us to choose whether to eat out, get delivery in or prepare our own food. Breakfast in the hotel was free for the kids, so we treated ourselves one morning. We arrived a few hours early but because our room was ready, they allowed us to enter straight away. The kids loved the pool, and the Metro was a short walk away for exploring Milan. T apartment was quiet and cool.
