Extremely dated property, flies and spider webs greeted us on arrival. Advertised as 5 star on expedia, but 3 star elsewhere. Checked out immediately on arrival, even though it was middle of the night, as it was so bad. Had 2 nights booked, tried to obtain a refund for at least the second night but property unwilling to cooperate.

Listed on Expedia as 5 star but while the complex has some 5 star properties, the Ramada section is 3 star. Apartment was dated and small, (not as per pictures) the complex is in Fuengirola not Cala de Mijas (as listed) and is on the edge of the A7 motorway. Multiple swimming pools but unless you are in an adjacent apartment, the residents overlooking them are constantly staring. In summary, not too bad for the price, but isolated and not as listed on Expedia.

Tired apartments
Fair for price of stay. Decor and furniture a bit tired. Had construction going on in the apartment next door. That apartment was privately owned. Moved to another apartment, recently painted, full of paint fumes. No alternative offered as they said they were fully booked. Great location if you hire a car for exploring the area. Lots of on site restaurants. I'd recommend heading to Mijas beaches and restaurants if venturing out locally.
