Super convenient place, located in the 4th street nearby everything you would want when going to Miami Beach. The room was clean and perfectly adapted to what I needed and the bed was really comfortable. Antuan was always reachable for everything I could need and gave me on point recommendation to enhance the stay in the area. Would definitely come again when staying in this area!

Harrison at the beach was not responsive. Said they only had 2 rooms ready to rent. Would not confirm my reservation. Did not return calls. It was very difficult to get the refund because they did not respond to Hotels.com. Thank goodness Hotels.com finally gave me a refund for the two nights. Took 4 days, multiple calls and emails

If I could give a ZERO I would! We show up and even though we had a reservation, they said that because we were t given a “code” to get in the room, they gave it to someone else. So I’m supposed to get my money back of $445 for just ONE night and it’s been a week and I still haven’t seen the credit to my account. THEY HAVE NO ONE AT FRONT DESK TO HELP. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
