Since this is an appartment in a big complex, the number of the appartment was send much to late, so that we did not receice it before we started the thrip. So the reception did not know which appartment we booked. It took us quite a while to clear ify that. There were no towels for the dishes and only 1 roll of tiolet paper for 5 days.

The unit is clean and cosy. What I found dissapointing was the rules. We check in as 3 adults but only 2 can use the pool facilities which is redicolous. Staff need more training with good customer service as I've found them unfriendly. It's a pity that poor customer service can ruined the stay of customers.

The pool area was great. The kids loved the wave pool. The bed in the unit could be improved as far as being comfortable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE VACATION INTO A NIGHTMARE!!!! this place is a very DISAPPOINTED place to stay in PHILIPPINES as soon as we get in the room with our contact she told me her name STEPHANIE BUILDING POSITANO she said that if we are going out to leave our room to turn off the main switch of our room i said we are planning to cook here we have food ans she said since we are going to have food dont turn off just turn off the aircon and the lights and tv i have never in my life heard that in any place we stayed in all over out of the country and the next night was really a NIGHT MARE because the power of our room was turn off and we ask for a help to the front desk no one help us to turn back our power even the security even the front desk saw my son 10 months old was hysterically crying because is so hot and really dark in our room she not really helping my family, if i did not call the HOTEL.COM to turn back on our power the power would never come back then STEPHANIE AND HER FRIENDS CAME SMELL ALCOHOL no one took responsibilities and told us the they paid electric for only 3 days they know that we are going to stay for a month in there place they should off pay for the whole time we are going to stay in there they never did action for us very horrible place to stay and every family visitors you invite to the room you have to pay for again DO NOT WAIST MONEY AND VACATION HERE IS A VERY NIGHT MARE HOTEL TO STAY IN I AM WARNING YOU!!!!!!!!!!
