Convenient and clean hotel.

The hotel was well.mantained and clean. Room comfortable. The staff polite and excellent. Lots of food nearby. Pool was nice too. Requests for cot and other things were very speedy. Carpark can be tight for those with big cars

My family and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The room was clean and the service was excellent. We would like to compliment the staff at the Club Lounge. They were friendly and sincere in their service. We will definitely stay this hotel again.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Grosse, sehr saubere Zimmer, die modern eingerichtet sind (Executive Room). Schönes Frühstücksbüffet mit guter Auswahl. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Convenient location, spacious room

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 2 decades during most of my visit to malacca even when it was under a management. With the new makeover, the room looks a lot more modern and the lobby looks very grand and welcoming, However, I am surprised that a 5 Star hotel actually does not offer hand nor face towels. I think the housekeeping department should seriously consider this matter. Hotel is also at a good location, many popular eateries within walking distance, great from breakfast to supper.

Friendly Service

The staff are really friendly and attentive. My mom is on wheelchair and the ramp at the entrance is pretty steep. However, the staff is always at hand to help my mom down and up the ramp with a smile.

隣の部屋の客次第！？

１４時チェックインのホテルですが部屋の準備が出来ておらず、部屋に入れたのは１５時でした。 それに対するフォローは何もありません。部屋は広いのですが、隣の話声は筒抜けで良く聞こえま す。滞在中、その隣の部屋にモラルの無い中国人客が居て深夜１時過ぎまでと夜明け前５時ぐ らいから大きな声でベラベラとしゃべり続けていました。その事をホテル側に伝えるとセキュリテ ィスタッフがその隣の客に注意をしてくれました。その対応は良かったです。ホテル内には３つ のレストランがあり、それぞれ味は良かったです。またコンシェルジュの対応も良かったです。 周辺はレストラン数件、コンビニ、スーパーマーケットがあります。オランダ広場へは徒歩１５分 ぐらいです。

Friendly staff, near to local street food and church. Will book the club room for the next holiday. Negative is the narrow driveway to the car park, need to be careful.
