The room was absolutely disgusting, the bathtub was full of gray powder, management tried to tell me “that’s impossible” meanwhile I have 10 videos, pictures, and walked the receptionist to the room.

Reservation for this hotel, made and confirmed thru Orbitz, was not accepted by management. Their computers did not register the reservation; resulting in having to find last-minute accommodations at another hotel for the night. The manager at Coast was friendly, but messing up someone's reservation is not acceptable.
