Love the staff at this la Quinta the ladies there are very helpful and friendly.
Very comfy beds! Liked meeting others guests and their dogs! The towels were stained and could’ve been cleaner, and the tub had some mildew, but overall was ok. :-)
The hotel staff at check-in was nice. As we walked to our building. We noticed a lot of foot traffic outside that seem to be dealing in prostitution… after we got to our building there or so many issues that looked like they had been neglected or patched, but not well. A handrail in the stairway was literally falling out of the wall. The wall walls had nasty stuff on it that could easily be wiped off. We got to our room same thing super gross. I could go on about the room, but the kicker is there were somebody’s underwear in the sheets. This only means that they don’t wash their sheets. The door barely shut, and there was no lock available other than a Janie lock that had been repositioned because at one point it was rip ripped off We checked out immediately. Now they are saying that we were there for all three nights.

The people were great the place was clean, it just needs some maintained better in some areas.
Staff was great and helpful. Property wasn’t excellent, but I’m assuming it was because some of it was under construction. It was clean, but not spotless if that makes sense. Good price for a quick overnight stay. Would stay again
Bedding had stains. Outside of hotel needs maintenance. No internet or tv access. Check in staff was very friendly. Shower was not used due to dirtiness. Plumbing for toilet needs updated. Toilet very slow to flush and refill tank. AC in room worked well, but filter was dirty and caused stuffiness from allergens.
Property was dirty, pool and pool area not open or cleaned.
Hotel had a funky smell, i actually had to buy some fabreez.
Room was clean and really nice. Employees helpful.
Breakfast was horrible because there was none.
Room was run down two missing light bulbs , missing smoke detector, broken window . Main hall carpets look stained and need replacement. However, the room was inexpensive and comfortable.
Staff was friendly, comforter had multiple large burn holes, sheets dirty, otherwise room looked clean. Only offered small bar soap. No onsight food, restaurant across the street. Site appears to be getting ready for a major renovation

It looked abandoned, under construction, poor breakfast, back broken door latch that we had to prop open or we were locked outside. No ice machine, no pool, moldy curtains in room, as we drove around in the morning my husband saw 2 men climbing out of a room window. Did not feel safe. Desk staff was very nice at check in

there was a phone making noise left in my room
the a/c was not cooling the room properly
the front staff was helpful
place was dirty and rooms were hot/ had to get a new one. Air conditioner was not working. Not very friendly when we told them the problem.

The entrance was historically cool but as I walked to my room, the appearance was not very appealing. The carpets need a good shampooing, more tv remote to distribute, and my room smelled like an animal defecated and was musky. Definitely needs some more updating. But the staff was amazing and helpful.

This is an outdated hotel.
The room however had a comfortable bed with lots of pillows.
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and I needed some help getting the air conditioning working.
I tried calling the front desk numerous times for help but nobody answered.
I finally ended up walking to the front desk in my PJs to find someone.
I found the manager outside the front door.
I was given a roll of TP and a nice maintenance guy came back to my room with me and showed me how to operate the AC.
I got a good nights sleep.
I liked La Quinta hotels before visited this one! It always was good balance between not expensive prices and quality. Room was not very old and pretty clean. But waited front desk manager around 15 minutes, he came back and continued private talk by phone without any attention to new guests, who waited him. Waiting area was dirty. But biggest surprise waited me in morning - that ugly “breakfast” (on a pics) - I even couldn’t get a coffee and had to go to McDonald near((( for the same money plenty other hotels around!!! Stay away from this one!
Terrible experience, I stayed in the “back building” and it was like a scene from a bad movie. Stained carpet and walls, a/c would cut out at random. The bed had a huge divot in the center, the roof above the shower was coming apart falling in the tub, you had to wait a few minutes for the pipes to purge to get clear water for a shower. Truly a NIGHTMARE of a stay, I was in the room a total of 5.5 hours and was over it. Got on the road much earlier than anticipated just to get out of there. Do not waste your money!. The staff was attentive, and the front desk employee when I arrived was carrying a sidearm which I appreciated.
Being a Wyndham property, I assumed it would be satisfactory but I was sorely and highly mistaken. The grounds of the hotel was scattered with trash, the front glass hotel door looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, however, the hotel clerk was very pleasant and courteous. He had to let us in around the side entrance because the keyless entry was broken. The room furniture was dated but it did have both a microwave and refrigerator which was a plus. Air conditioning wasn’t working and we settled with a standing fan. Towels were old and needed to be replaced. Bed was comfortable. I tried to cancel our reservation on that same day but because I had made the reservation through a third party (Hotels.com) I was told I would be charged for the room. This hotel is in desperate need of a total overhaul !
The room was in terrible condition, and overall the building is very run down. The deadbolt on the room door would not lock. The bathroom light fixture was gone and replaced with a living room lamp on the counter. The thermostat and A/C were inoperable. The remote was taped together and the TV/receiver would randomly restart every few minutes. One pane of the exterior window was broken. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the tub. On the plus side, the linens were clean and the shower pressure was good. I reported all of this upon check out, but the desk clerk didn't seem especially surprised or concerned.
Do not under any circumstances stay here. Spend more somewhere else. Very first impression which was check-in was great but rest of the stay became a nightmare. No AC in first room and moved to another room with loud AC, the sliding glass window open about 6 inches and ants in the bathroom. I did love the gigantic bed and clean sheets. You could fit 4 people in that bed!. I asked for a late check out (12pm) and they graciously obliged. When I went to check out I asked if i could store my backpack and purchases at the front desk for about 4 hours prior to my departure then I would pick up and depart the motel at 5:00. The manager obliged. When I returned, my backback along with my weekend purchases were nowhere to be found. Consequently I did hear from the Manager the next day and he promised my belongings would be mailed to me. I guess the manager had placed them supposedly in a secure place. Almost 2 weeks later they have not arrived. They have swore up and down they mailed my stuff but will not give me any confirmation information. Again, no staff member will provide me with shipping/mailing information so I can confirm it was mailed. Stay somewhere else. IF I receive my stuff I will update the review. 9-11-25
