The property is very centrally located with a good restaurant next door. Staff are nice and friendly. However, the room was cold even with the heater fan on and the property was not in good condition.

Very basic old property in poor condition and cold at night during winter. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location us very good if only a little difficult to find.

Médiocre, à éviter.

Séjour médiocre. J’ai du attendre 10 minutes à la réception avant que quelqu’un n’arrive pour faire le check in La porte extérieur de la chambre donnant sur le balcon ne se fermait pas, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre je ne me suis pas douché, les draps étaient jaunes, la chambre très abîmée. SALE ET DÉCEVANT.

La habitacion no esta limpia, es muy vieja y anticuada y la ropa de cama olia fatal. Nunca mas. Me plantee cambiar de hotel la misma noche....

Very unclean and poorly maintained

There was a cigarette burn on my blanket, I woke up to find a SWARM of ants near my suitcase and I had brought in no food to my room, the fridge had mold in it and the wifi service was terrible. They then moved us to a room one floor up where the shower door had a massive crack in it and there was a shoe print on the wall. Wifi was better and it was only one floor up so why does wifi only work there? Balcony was the only nice thing about the second room. Location is great though. Not sure if I would come back to this very hotel unless they do a complete clean up and fix their wifi.

In our room was fungi in the corner, the bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and there were no real blankets although it was january. the couches were quite done and belong rather on a junkyard than in a hotel and we specially had to ask for room cleaning. and and no wifi in our room. so all in all quite disapponting

Recommended hotel

I got a room with balcony and everything is perfect. It's centrally-located and near to many restaurants, shops and supermarket/ groceries. The room is clean and spacious. A fridge is provided. I am very happy with my stay. Highly recommended.

every night at b10 PM they was laud noise and wall hammering for 10 to 15 minutes. The TV was poor selection

Perfekt läge

Det märks att hotellet är gammalt, men man försöker att hålla skicket så gott det går. Vi var där när det var relativt kyligt och rummet är dåligt isolerat och det var svårt att få tillräckligt varmt. Sängarna var stora och bekväma. Hotellet ligger i gamla staden och utanför dörren väntar alla dess upplevelser med restauranger och affärer. Ligger nära Ledra Street och övergången till turk-cyproitiska sidan. Ska man vara i Nicosia och vill bo i gamla staden så är detta hotell ett klart bra alternativ. Hoppas att ägarna har råd och vilja att renovera lite till så skulle detta bli ett än bättre konkurrenskraftigt alternativ.

Affordable, convenient location

An older building, in a central neighborhood. The room was clean, the internet was mostly connected, so one could work if needed. Balcony was very nice, although the weather was too cold to use, but I can imagine it to be very convenient in the summer as it adds another half of the apartment. Located just a block away from taxi stop, post office, bus station, so extremely convenient. Only a short walk to the Ledra street gate to the occupied area.
