The website doesn’t mention the neighborhood and that there were a couple of shootings there in the past. Floor was sandy walls need to be painted etc. The staff I dealt with were kind and helpful and it was quite while we were there. The jacuzzi was good too.

Everything was fine of the hotel except one thing that they offer free breakfast and that wasn’t the case when it came that I had to take my kids to get something and the front door was just locked.

Smells of stale cigarette smoke. It is a no-smoking hotel, but if no one is smoking in the rooms, then they haven't done a deep clean since adapting the no-smoking policy.

Would not recommend anyone to stay at this location. No water to shower. Mold in bathtub. Inch and a half under front door. Constant traffic by door. Not as advertised.

First room smelled really bad and tv was not working, they moved us to another room and again tv not working but at least it didn’t smelled bad but there was NO COLD weather in the shower so we had to take really hot water shower, never again

After i placed the reservation, when i arrived they told me they didnt have any rooms available. I told them i made a reservation and gave them my name and the confirmation number but the guy said theres nothing there under my name and said theres no more rooms when you can clearly see on expedia there was 3 rooms left.

Blood spray on the ceiling!!!

I checked in went to my room and turned on the air conditioner immediately because The room is very hot. Air conditioner after one hour was not blowing very cold and it wasn’t cold enough to cool the room so I called the front desk and asked for a fan and was told that they were sending a maintenance guy meanwhile I open the door Cool the room 30 minutes later the maintenance guy showed up and check the air conditioner he didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate with him he seemed content with the fact that the air conditioner fan worked even though the compressor never kicks on. So I called the front desk again and asked for a fan cause my room was unbearably hot. the owner or manager got irate with me yelling at me over the phone saying for the money I’m paying I shouldn’t be asking for a better room And next time go somewhere else don’t come back here. I replied you got it I sure won’t. Also there was blood spray all over the ceiling and the mattress was completely crushed. I had had enough I packed my bags put them in the car, I went to the front desk to Check out. And the young man at the desk before I can say anything handed me a key card for a new room. No hot water but plenty of partying.

We checked in past midnight after having driven about 4 hours. Outside our roomthe neighbors from the room next door were having a party barbecue. They had music playing pretty loudly and they were laughing and having a good time. The room was old but clean, the bed was comfortable enough but we were so tired we could probably have slept on the sidewalk. In the morning there was no hot or even warm water. I washed up with cold water in the sink. The other thing is their website says that there's free breakfast, there was not, and the pool is closed indefinitely. It's a residential hotel.

The key card didn’t work and I had to have the staff open my door every time I wanted in. The bed was uncomfortable and sunk in several places. The shower head and faucets sprayed water everywhere.

Absolute dump with misleading ratings and reviews.

This place was an absolute dump. Any review on this website over a 2 would have been ancient or bogus. Broke down, unclean, sketchy guests in the parking lot. Advertise breakfast - not! Plumbing barely works. Holes in the wall. Smoke detector was removed and placed in a cabinet. Tub was filthy. Upon arrival I would have left but the reservation was prepaid and they had a big sign up "No refunds" - wonder why. Never got hot water.

Meth Heads and Prostitutes

This was the worst Hotel or Motel I have ever been to. The rooms are beyond disgusting, the mattress was like cardboard and sat on the floor. Customer service was non existent. There property is full of drug dealers and prostitutes.
