"STAY AWAY! The images online are entirely misleading. This is mainly a residence hotel for people otherwise homeless. I found a hypodermic on the ground. My next fire neighbor came home drunk at midnight and ranted on the phone for an hour and a half, with the F word liberally sprinkled, and started in again at 630 the following morning! There's way too much that's horrible here for me to put in writing. See my photos. "

"We wanted to enjoy the amenities, specifically the pool but we didn’t. The water was cold. Also, we tried ordering food by the pool but the staff said they only take orders until 5:45pm, we got there at 5:50pm."

"I was very disappointed with our overall experience. This was our first stay here, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. Upon arrival, we encountered several cleanliness issues in our room, including dirty linens, a cleaning rag left behind from a previous guest, candy wrappers and crumbs on the floor, and hair in the sink. It took four separate conversations and over three hours for these issues to be addressed, and there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience. The check-in process was also frustrating, with a line that took over 45 minutes. Additionally, while there is a $25 parking fee, finding a spot was difficult and added to the inconvenience. On a more positive note, we did enjoy Aquatopia. The water rides were great, and the lazy river was especially fun. However, the wave pool appeared to have murky water and did not seem well-maintained, as I noticed multiple bandaids floating in it on consecutive days. The restaurant at Aquatopia also had long wait times (30+ minutes) and appeared to be understaffed. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience moving forward."
