Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hotel was closed for 2 months yet they received the booking. Got a number to call and check in from expedia when the hotel was closed. I went all the way and was left panicking as hotel was closed. No messages nothing. Terrible experience and so not trusworthy
