"The hotel was conveniently located next to Shinagawa train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room amenities were also fantastic, making our first time in Tokyo an excellent start to our Japan holiday. Will definitely come back to this hotel. "

"Great location to stay in Tokyo. Once we realized that the hotel is directly connected to Shiodome station (don’t even have to go outside), our commute to different areas was a breeze! Mandatory room cleanings every 3 days were nice and hotel was clean overall. We opted out of breakfast buffet since there is a Lawson / 7-11 right near by as well as cafes in the train station for a quick bite. Overall would recommend mostly for the location convenience. Not much to do around the hotel though if that’s what you’re looking for and not planning to commute much. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here in Shibuya. It’s literally an elevator ride down to the infamous Shibuya Crossing, Hachiko’s statue and the hustle and bustle of shopping and food and gacha in Shibuya. It is also a 15 minute walk to Yoyogi Park and about 20 minute walk to Harajuku/Omotoesando! Really loved this hotel. Super peaceful to sleep at night and great luggage forwarding service. "

"Kinshicho station is convenient to use. You can get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo stations without transferring. The hotel is a block from the station. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet which is included in the price. The rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotels. Would stay again."

"Incredible hotel, we paid for a room with VIP club access, from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty, with complimentary champagne and stunning views on the 33rd floor overlooking the city at night. The rooms were big and very modern. Breakfast was great with lots of options (both western and Japanese breakfast items). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would definitely come stay here again!"

"This hotel was amazing! Less than a 2 minute walk to the monorail which takes you through all Disney parks and Ikspiari. There’s even a Disney shop, convenience store and a money conversion machine; in addition to all the restaurants and coffee spots inside. I would absolutely stay here again, it was wonderful! It’s also a more “western” style hotel - meaning you’ll have more space than traditional Japanese hotels. "
