On the up side, rooms are quite large. However, the decor is tired and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I also got bitten by bed bugs on first night but after a room clean it all seemed fine. The area is nice and convenient and the staff were very polite and helpful.

I stayed here for 5 nights while traveling to Tokyo for the Tokyo Marathon. The hotel is located very conveniently in Ginza, close to many shops and restaurants. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room was small, but it was perfect for me as I was traveling solo. Would definitely stay here again if I go to Tokyo again!

Lovely hotel in top location in Ginza. Breakfast was included which was amazing. Lots of facilities and amenities big plus. Had washing machines for only 600 yen a cycle which was helpful. Room was quite snug and it was a triple room booked for 3 people. Beds were comfortable however small for sleeping with a 12 year old child. Cleanliness could have been improved a little but overall good value for money. I would use again however would book 2 rooms for two adults and two children.
