Hotel is great and beautiful. The rooms probably could do with some renovation but that’s a very small detail. Quite close to the station and beautiful garden and lobby.

We got Club access, and that was great for breakfast (and drinks in the afternoon/evening). Loved this hotel for our first visit to Japan. Easy access to the Shinagawa Station, beautiful Japanese garden, and even a 7-11 downstairs. The hotel staff were all so nice!
