This hotel and staff were AMAZING! The rooms were spacious and services were great. I wish there were more shuttles from Disney Sea and Disneyland - its really hard to have enough time to enjoy the parks when you have to leave before closing. Also the shuttle bus locations were far and it was hard to find and then you have to walk a long ways to get to the station or taxi stand to get back to the hotel. Also room service is not open for very long - it would be nice to have room service available until midnight and to have more snack options for children. Also all the convenience stores are far away and while the shin Urayasu station is close, its too far to walk to at night to get anything. Theres nothing to do around the hotel so thats unfortunate as well. But a very nice and comfy place to stay with lots of room for everyone and luggage.

Our family with young kids stayed for our tired and weary selves spent at Disney parks. The Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The free shuttle to the parks was convenient and prompt.

Excellent, once we got to the property. Difficult to get to from the train station, no response from taxis we called, and had to walk a mile tired and dark. Once there, staff and facilities were wonderful, dining good, and amenities excellent!

Great place to stay especially if visiting Disney. I would recommend more transport times to and from station. It was a bit stressfull making sure to catch the last bus at 10 pm from Shin-Urayasu station. Other than that I was a great place to stay.

The room was super clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were great and very friendly, extremely polite. Parking was quite pricey, if you are to stay there please verify the parking options and pieces before hand.

Property is great, staff is excellent, service great. Only issue we had was there’s no pool but a photo of one on the website along with we were looking forward to the roof top bar each night but it was only open on weekends.
