The staff was top notch. The hotel was nicely located near Ginza shopping area and close to many food options. Convenient marts located downstairs from the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

My overall experience was pleasant, with great service and comfortable accommodation. However, the Wi-Fi in my room was extremely slow and kept dropping out. When I raised the issue, the staff explained it was due to heavy usage by other guests, which feels disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Still, aside from the unstable internet, I enjoyed my stay.

Great location, clean, service mediocre

Expect tiny rooms and no bell hop service. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. No amenities. Not even a yard just a lobby and the rooms. I think it’s best for business where you just sleep, shower and are off.

We really enjoyed this quiet more business area of Tokyo. Everything was in minutes from the hotel. The staff, room, food and conveniences were all top level and I will come again next time i am in town.
