Unter den Betten lagen gebrauchte Kondome ,Ohrstopseln ...Staub ohne ende dass man srarke Allergie bekommen hat 🙈Dadurch 2 unverschlafene Nächte.(Es war mein Ausflug um sich zu erholen und Kraft tanken 😭)An der Rezeption reklamiert ( ja dass Personal kommt und macht sauber)Was Sauber für die bedeutet ist nur Handtücher wechseln 🙈.Wenn man dass Reinigung Personal anspricht laufen Sie weg weil Sie kein Deutsch verstehen und lästern über die Gäste in Ihre Sprache die ich verstanden habe!!! Dass Hotel selbst von der Aufmachung hat mir gefallen.

ich wurde aufgrund dessen, dass mich freunde besucht haben, polizeilich des hotels verwiesen, gegen meinen willen. es lag kein grund eines verweises vor, der hotelier konnte auch keinen nennen. das geld habe ich nicht erstattet bekommen. ich werde zivilrechtlich in dieser sache vorgehen. nicht empfehlenswert, zu teuer und preis leistung nicht nachvollziehbar.

Studio (50qm) gebucht, falsches Zimmer erhalten. Mit allem Gepäck wieder runter. Im richtigen Zimmer stand statt der Sitzgruppe nur ein Tisch, die beiden Sessel fehlten. Wieder runter - reklamiert. "Unser Hausservice kümmert sich." Nichts passiert bis zur Abreise. Den Mangel bei Abreise erwähnt - nahezu keine Reaktion. Kunde ist hier kein König, allenfalls Umsatzbringer.
