We liked the uniqueness of this project. The setting in woodland is tranquil and the property is well equipped given the constraints of it being a container conversion. The shower is great and decent pressure. Broadband is not very good with insufficient speed to power either Netflix or iPlayer. We were at the end of the line so that could be a contributing factor. No instructions inside. The heater was difficult to work out until 7-30 when the rep arrived.

Disgusting

Disgusting, uncomfortable mattress in this property. The mattress was sweat stained, marked and in very poor condition. When I stay away I'm really only looking for a comfortable, clean bed and this was most certainly not the case here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The location was just outside of the city - a car or taxi is needed to get to/from. It was a nice quiet reprieve from staying in the city. I wish we would have booked a slightly larger unit, but it was comfortable. They must be a newer property because when we inquired about the wifi for our phones and the TV (so we could access Netflix) we were informed that the metal interferes with the signal and they hadn't received the boosters yet. You can get wifi near the door, but not further in. The BBQ area was a nice addition - we wished it hadn't rained that evening so we could enjoy it!

Amazing place to stay.

What an amazing place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed 2 nights. They are really well thought out, a small space but everything fits together. Great for cooking breakfast or dinner or reheating things in the microwave. The only thing I could suggest is a sharp knife, a bread knife and a cutting board. The WiFi was difficult to maintain inside but fine outside. It was a bit cold though sitting outside to use the wifi. The floor is heated and the room was nic and cosy. Would definitely recommend this property.

A unique place to stay in Inverness

We enjoyed our stay at GlamNess. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for making a few quick meals. The property is quiet and tranquil; perfect for a peaceful getaway. We stayed there in August, so the outside temperature was great, but the container does get chilly at night and ours didn't have a heating unit. Thankfully the bedding was adequate for warmth and comfort. Overall this was a very pleasant stay in Inverness.
