The staff was very helpful and professional and always provided advice as to what trains to catch to reach the places I wanted to visit
Pretty wild place. There staff is easy to communicate with English also one of the ohteres are Spanish , Korean also French. I recommend breakfast included.becouse 04:30 ,we could enjoy good coffee with bred. See yaeh

The property is ok. Friendly staff and good location. 4pm check in is a bit late i think. It says 3pm on expedia where i booked it but the lady on the reception insisted that it's 4pm.
Generally Near to many eating places at Ikebukuro. Distance to Ikebukuro Station is pretty ok. Generally Nice stay for me.
In spite of the slightly out-dated design and utilities, everything is in working order. For those who value simplicity and/or location more than modernity, I would recommend this hotel. If you need a wifi connection in your room, look elsewhere. Breakfast was pretty good in my opinion.
Hotel is within walking distance to metro station. There is a lot of restaurants and malls nearby this hotel. Room is small but okay quite comfortable. The only thing is we didn’t like the bathroom as it had mold and sewage smell.
The place was okay, however the bathroom/toilet was VERY small. The sink turns in order for the bathroom to be a toilet or shower, therefore you cannot use both at the same time. Our room was next to the staff room so even at night we could hear them talking... so the rooma aren't very sound-proof. ...
