"I guess there should be nothing to complain about due to a very low price, but be aware that property photos are tricky. Room is basically a bed with a 10sq feet walking space to a door, toilet and bathroom. We had to large check in bag and to carry me and barely were able to move around without having bag on the way. I’m not exaggerating. Maybe ok for someone for a quick overnight stay but definitely it a long term place. No windows as well."

"Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. "

Ikebukuro Yamase Building GR1
3.0 star property
2.0 out of 10, (1)
"The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place...
