Very nice stay Conveience and not too much far from the public transport The best think in this stay was the super bed and silent at the night

조식을 한식.밥으로 먹을수 있는 장점 리셉션은 늘 비어있고 체크인시 필요한 물품 설명 자세하지 않고 도미토리 체크아웃후 1일 지나도 침대정리 안됨

펭귄마을에서 굉장히 가까웠구요, 사람이 잠을 자는 곳이면 입구에 들어설때부터 느껴지는 특유의 냄새가 있는데 그런 것 하나없이 쾌적했습니다. 청결상태가 특히 좋았어요. 다른건..전체적으로 공기가 많이 쌀쌀한 감이 없지않았지만..(저는 추위에 굉장히 강한 편인데도 바닥만 데워지는건지 우풍이 심한건지 추워서 새벽에 옷 껴입고 다시 잤어요) 아쉽게 주인장 얼굴은 못뵈었지만.. 편안하게 잘 묵고 갑니다. 다음번에 기회가 된다면 또 묵고싶어요.

시설만 좋습니다.

깨끗합니다. 인테리어도 무난하고, 화장실에 기본 어메니티는 모두 있더군요. 하지만 고객 접대 방식이 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 분명 사흘쯤 전에 더블룸 예약을 트윈으로 바꿔 주었으면 한다는메시지를 발송했으면서도 제가 늦은 시간에 도착하자 (이 부분은 약간 미안한 마음이 없지는 않습니다만, 서울에서 저녁 일곱 시에 업무를 마친 직장인이 삼십 분쯤 지하철을 타고 일곱 시 사십분에 버스를 타고 광주에 도착하면 열한 시입니다. 게다가 별로 먼 거리도 아닌데 버스터미널로부터 게스트하우스까지 시간이 좀 걸리네요? 결국 도착했을 때 시간은 열한 시 사십오 분이 되어 버렸죠.) 트윈룸 예약은 왜 했는지(원래는 더블룸 예약이었습니다. 제가 좀 일찍 일어나는 편이라 같은 방을 쓰는 사람들이 불편하지 않을까 싶어서 그랬습니다.), 미리 연락을 하고 오시지(호텔스닷컴 앱을 통해 예약했으니 그 정도 기록은 전부 체크할 줄 알았습니다만), 황금연휴 기간이라 가족들을 초대해서 방이 없다(그러면 제가 받은 메일은 뭘까요?), 호텔스닷컴 앱은 호텔 예약할 때 주로 쓰지 않느냐(저는 이 곳이 앱에 예약 가능한 것으로 나와 있어서 예약했습니다.)는 말씀을 하시더군요. 결국 여차저차 이십 분을 기다려 준비된 트윈룸에 입실은 했습니다. 아마도 가족분들이 계시던 방을 다시 저에게 내준 게 아닌가 싶습니다. 짧은 시간이나마 청소를 해 주신 점은 감사하게 생각합니다. 그렇지만 다음날 보니 프랑스(내지는 프랑스어권)에서 온 손님들이 버젓이 체크인을 하더군요. 그렇다면 방을 얼마든지 내 줄 수 있는 상황이었고, 제 예약도 살아있었다는 뜻인데, 제가 굳이 그런 말까지 들었어야 하나 싶네요.

주인부부 정직하지 못함 이런식으로 영업하시면 한번 갔었던 사람들 다시 가겠습니까? 신혼부부 두분이 시작하시는 모습에 왠만하면 응원 해 드리고 싶지만 요금 및 손님을 응대하는 태도에서 글쎄요 좀 더 개스트하우스 주인장 다운 모습을 갖추시길 바랍니다
