"Great location and amenities at this hotel. So convenient with subway station outside the front door and Tokyo station and all retail areas in walking distance. Great location to be based to explore the city. Hotel staff were helpful and diligent in making our stay fantastic especially the GM of the hotel and the staff in the bar. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. "
"Well located, great value for money hotel. Staff were friendly, with excellent daily housekeeping (a lot of Japanese hotels are moving away from this). The rooms are small, but this is usual for Tokyo. I thought the massage chair would be a bit of gimic that took up much needed space, but it was actually really comfortable after long walking days! Perhaps there could be a communal area where chairs could be located freeing up space in the rooms? I’d be happy to stay here again, and would recommend both the hotel and Ginza as a location to stay."
"Location was brilliant, a walk away from 2 train stations; there were 2 family marts just downstairs and a 100 yen store too! We also walked to Ginza from here - everything was so assessible. Room was nice, and an easy to use coin laundry on the premises - highly recommend!"
