Not many English friendly staffs but amazing location and Mr. Kawamura who works at hotel restaurant made my day!
I felt welcomed from his smile when I visited the restaurant TENQOO
Impeccable service (not surprising for Japan) and we got upgraded to a corner room which was very spacious for 2 people. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was great. Ideal location right outside Tokyo Station (north side) and short walk to the imperial palace. Wish I stayed there longer.
