Did not like the room size and layout - room was very small and narrow. Staff was nice, but was expecting more English speaking staff. No housekeeping on a daily basis - room is cleaned only if you stay for 7 nights or more! Description of hotel could be better so that I would know what to expect!! Was not happy being in such a small and very narrow room for 6 nights.

The best hotel on my trip to Japan

This hotel checks all of the boxes. I absolutely loved my stay here. I will be back next time I'm in Tokyo. For those looking for reliable, comfort in the Ginza area it does the job fantastically. They pay attention to ALL of the details that make for a great stay. Comfy beds, decent pillows, powerful shower heads, sizeable desk area, free coffee, and a long list that goes on and on. Easy, casual and well executed lodging. I particularly loved the scented fabric spray in the closet area. I didn't have time for laundry and the 90 degree humidity was making some of my clothes unfresh. nice touch!!! Thank you Tokyu Stay for making the end of my trip so delightful.

Great convenient location. Nice room and great to have a washer/dryer unit in the room. Front desk was very helpful. Was able to easily ship my luggage there as well as ship them out to the airport without any issues. Close to many trains, the Miyazaki clock, Tamiya and a short walk to Ginza as well.

Great location. Very close to Shimbashi Station for easy travel. Tokyo tower and TeamLab Borderless within walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious. Mattress was a little stiff but i still didn't have any trouble sleeping and waking up refreshed.

Overall this is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, bed is good and the hotel reception area is nice. They have a laundry machine in the room which is a huge plus. It works great and google translate helps if you run into questions or problems. There was a microwave, clothing press, hot water pot and deep sink in the room as well. It is very close to Shimbashi train station which has many main lines running through it. Easy to get around just about anywhere in Tokyo from here. Another plus is there are lots of restaurants and kobinis within a few minutes walking distance. With that being said, here are some of the things that could have been better. The room felt cramped with luggage. I realize itโ€™s a trade off for having the ability to do laundry. Itโ€™s definitely manageable but has its moments. The staff is friendly and very helpful. But when we asked for a second key to our sonโ€™s room, they said no and sited security reasons. This seemed a little strange to me. Problem is you need a key to access the floor and we were on separate floors. It was a little inconvenient to have to go downstairs to exchange things or meet. A second key could have resolved this easily. The other thing was the hallways were not air conditioned. Your walk to and from the elevator was like being in a sauna sometimes. This is a great hotel to stay near the heart of Toyko. Ginza and Shibuya are just a short train ride away.

Room was dusty even though it had been cleaned. When we told the staff and asked them to clean the room because it was dusty and causing issues with our allergies they tried to charge us to clean the room. I think there was a disconnect with not understanding our request. They then moved up the cleaning date by 2 days to clean the room that day instead. The room was better but not great and still continued to have a "bathroom" smell even though it was cleaned. Unless you're planning on going to the bars in the area there is not much to eat locally. This isn't a fault of the hotel though just the surrounding neighborhood. Very close and walkable to the train station which was a plus. The noise outside was quite load but once we were in the room you could hardly hear it and didn't cause any problems sleeping.
