The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and breakfast had great options since so many things do not open early. Close to stations and go-to places in Ginza. Would stay again for sure!
Great central location, closer to all the beautiful shops in Ginza. Stylish well appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds and lovely clean bathrooms with good spacious showers

Wonderful staff and service, room was cleaned to perfection. Great location, beautiful neighborhood.
The location of the hotel is fantastic - very central and convenient for getting around. The only minor downside during our stay (5 nights) was the room cleanliness; we noticed the vacuuming seemed to have been missed or rushed, as there was visible debris on the floor.
This place is clean and spacious. I also like that they have coin laundry option. I enjoyed staying here very much, there are Lawson and family mart within a 2 min walk. It is a bit of a walk from Ginza station but with the amount of food we eat everyday, it’s a good exercise. I would come back to this hotel when staying in Ginza.
Very nice hotel, a little to pricy but it’s in a great location for the price the coffee should be free
It was at other Hotels same chain
So it was surprising that they charge
Room was very clean and staff were polite and helpful. Room was small, cosy and had all the necessary amenities including a smart TV which allowed you to sign in to your own netflix or prime accounts (plus a few others). Hotel is located near to a subway station so it was easy to get around, and there are around 4 convenience stores in the immediate area.
