Here’s a shorter, family-focused version: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Excellent stay for our family of five! The room was spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and kitchenette were especially helpful when traveling with kids. The location was perfect—close to train stations, restaurants, and shopping, yet quiet at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay at Grand Monday Ginza again on our next trip to Tokyo!

The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was a great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was clean and the access to a washer/dryer was a huge help! We would load and start the wash before we left for the day and come back to clean, fresh laundry! If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

Very clean and stylish hotel. Accommodations like complimentary umbrellas, washer & dryer, laundry detergent, and bottled waters helped our stay in a foreign country. The staff were very professional and kind. Taking care of our luggage on checkout day also helped us enjoy one more day of travel.
