The whole experience was amazing! I slept so well on the very comfortable big bed, the pools were great, everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. Anything I could have imagined, they had available at the breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like were the very flat pillows. The staff was amazing: they heard it was the first time our 8 year old stayed at the Hilton and prepared him a beautiful welcome gift including chocolates and fruits and brought it to the room with a welcome card. They also were wonderful during dinner paying extra attention to the children. At check in both kids were allowed to pick out a gift.

New Year Overnight Stay

The hotel was old and badly needs updating in terms of interiors. The elevators were beat-up looking. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious and clean but the furnishings were old. It seems only a piece or two of furniture here and there were reupholstered recently. The sheets were clean but scratchy with low thread count and the pillows although down feathers- was near empty/hollow. The closet pantry was well stocked but smelled awful (at least) in our room. Smelled like old socks or maybe a wet rag smell. Other than that it was a comfortable enough stay for 1 night but we can definitely find better options for the price. The location and grounds were great beside a lake of some sort but Hilton should really work on future renovation plans for the property.

What i like was the service from the reception and the restaurant, professionelle, fast, friendly and all the time one the point. The room was really ok but you see that the room is not "new"....its a feeling like in the 70's What i dont like was the service on the bar outside, after a long time of waiting and more times asking we get the card first, after another long time without a service we stand up and go....also the service employees at the bar dont clean in this time the table from the people before and that all with not much work outside. A other thing is that you have to pay at the check-in another 200 Euro for the services, when you pay the stay before, its not like i know it from other higher class hotels, you get the money back if you dont let write a bill on your room number but like i say i dont like it really. Totally for me it's a great and beautiful Hotel in a beautiful environment, with rooms who sends you back in time. With really friendly and professionelle employees at the reception, the restaurant and rooms. We had a great stay at this Hotel and we are happy of the beautiful memories what we get in this time also because of the friendly help of the employees at the reception who makes us the stay at Frankfurt much easier and safer.

The property is beautiful. It’s a bit outside of the main Frankfurt area but it’s only about 15 mins so not bad. The hotel has a park which is so pretty to walk around in. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are really nice and well maintained.

Our favorite hotel near Frankfurt Airport

This hotel is such a gem. Fantastic service from the moment you arrive until you leave and the rooms are always perfectly clean and super comfortable. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the pool is magnificent, and the grounds are beautiful as well. Breakfast is also next level awesome! Can’t wait to visit again
