The location is good - just a short walk from the main railway station. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are not large, but adequate for a stay of one or two nights. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful and happy to store luggage after the noon checkout. I would use this hotel again.

The room was fine- clean , well stocked fridge, great shower and good quality linen. However , the area was very dangerous- gangs - not comfortable for a single woman.

I loved that it’s just 5min away from central station. What i loved more is it’s accessibility to everything i needed like just one block away is DM, outside the hotel there’s atm machine, beside it is asian food cuisine w/c i loved! I also did that expect that there would be refrigerator in my room for a hotel room with cheapest price. I had good night sleep . Would highly recommend!!!

During my stay, the hotel's fire alarm went off and all guests had to evacuate. A fire engine immediately arrived and an investigation began. As the evacuation order was gradually lifted, I tried to return to my room, but was stopped by hotel staff who told me, ``Your floor is still under investigation.'' At that time, I was deeply moved. The hotel staff remembers which floor the guests are staying on. After that, there were no problems and I was able to return to my room. It was a very memorable night, but the fire alarm was working properly, which is proof that the hotel's facilities are solid.

I wouldn't stay here again if I could help it

The hotel is conveniently located. It's clean enough. However, there was an air con unit but it didn't work. The noise from the street meant opening a window wasn't a good plan if you wanted to sleep. The laminate flooring had gaps. The headboard was peeling leaving black bits on the bed if you leaned against it. The bottom of the bathroom door was peeling too. The pillows didn't stay in their cases very well & we could see how old & yellow they were. That said, the shower was pretty good & the staff very nice.
