I recommend this hotel

We were busy every day and pretty much all day but we still enjoyed our stay. The oeople that run Raje Residence are very nice and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Strong Wifi, Friendly staff, place is clean, walkable going to town. Just near the main road. Generator back up is excellent when power is out. Glad to comeback next visit.

Неплохой отель на пару ночей

Что понравилось: очень дружелюбный персонал - помогли с организацией экскурсий, трансфера; завтрак сервируют прямо на выходе из номера (на каждом этаже есть по столу на номер). Что НЕ понравилось: жили на 4-м этаже - были постоянные проблемы с водой: в начале напор еще держится, но через ппру минут вода пропадает почти совсем. В последний день вода кончилась вообще :(

Nice and helpful owners, OK breakfast and the water indeed can be hot (you just sometimes need to remove the shower head or move the shower hose). There is construction nearby but you spend most of the day outside anyway. The negative, however, is that the room is kinda small and claustrophobic, the walls are not the cleanest, there is no view, the bed barely fits 2 people, and the mattress could be a bit more comfortable. The hotel is also near the main, busy road (no sidewalks) and a bit far from the main town.

4 night stay in El Nido

We had a 4 day stay here to visit the area and islands and I must say the staff we're delightful in every respect we loved their kindness ! However the property is surrounded by construction activity which detracted from the area and the property itself is in need of improvement but having said that we didn't expect much for the price we paid and we did all we wanted to but El Nido will not be calling us back anytime soon, other than to see the staff !

Simple clean room with all the basic essentials

Hot shower, very good WiFi, nice free breakfast and comfortable room. Location is about 20mins walk from town area, and 5 mins walk from bus terminal. Good value for the money, would recommend.

Hotel mitten in einer Baustelle

Unterkunft entspricht kaum der Darstellung auf den Bildern. Liegt etwas abseits der Strasse. Rundrum wird gebaut und die Aussicht einiger Zimmer ist eher auf das nächste Mauerwerk. Familie wohnt im Erdgeschoss und das Geschrei der Kinder ist nervend.

A place close to town

Nothing fancy here. Very basic accommodation but comfortable and safe. It's quiet at night. The staff are friendly. Great location, can walk to town and to the market. No complaints here! Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice Family Run B&B

Quirky little place that is very warm and welcoming. Very quite and clean. Wi-Fi and internet are iffy at best. Must love stairs stay here. Family runs the place and provides great service.

Great as a base

When I received a message from Raje residence a week before my stay saying they double booked our room and that I'll have to move hotel for my last night I wasn't very happy. But the couple who own the hotel made their very best to make up for it. They offered us a free boat tour and payed for the last night stay in another hotel. The rooms are as pictured and the Staff are very nice and accommodating.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana e mi sono trovato molto bene. La posizione è tra le migliori, vicino al centro (1km circa) e non lontano dalle principali spiagge. Il personale è la cosa più positiva , sempre disponibile a trovare le migliori soluzioni per il cliente. La pulizia delle camere è ottima, lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni, acqua calda sempre.

SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLE

Ho passato una settimana all'interno di questo hotel e devo dire che, dopo l'impatto esterno assolutamente negativo, mi sono dovuto abbastanza ricredere per via della pulizia delle stanze, del personale sempre cordiale e pronto ad aiutare, dei costi delle escursioni (i più bassi), e del rapporto qualità/prezzo. Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata, bagno con acqua calda sempre (a EL NIDO è una rarità) e cambiano lenzuola ed asciugamani tutti i giorni. Per la cifra spesa, non ci si può aspettare nulla di più.

Basic but nice accomodation

Based on experience from other travelers in El nido with the hotels I believe that Raje residence is ok. It is located 8minutes away from the center by walking and it is nice to be away from all the noise. The room was clean, they changed the towels and linens everyday, you have cold and hot water in the shower (which is a huge problem in el nido), you have a basic breakfast at the rooftop and the staff is nice. They helped us with all the reservations for island hopping (even for a lower price than in the center) and motorbike rental.

This place is ok for El Nido but it is expensive for its conditions. My 1st impression was terrible then I got like used to it. It is clean but the quality of sheet and towels are poor. They change everyday. For me they could change it every 3 days but better like this. 1st Day toilet flush didnt work but they fixed it. Lot of ants but they fixed it too. Breakfast is only eggs and bread or rice and in plastic plates and glasses. Tang Juice and few slices of some fruit. Alice and her husband are nice but the girls dont have a smile face. It seems to be a problem at restaurants, stores and hotels. People have bad humor. The pressure of the water in the shower was horrível but it seems to be a problem of El Nido. Wifi doesnt work well in El Nido so if they dont answer yours emails like they dont answer most of mines is not their fault. They are good to arrange tours for good prices. Location is excellent. Its 10 minutes walking to the town. I prefered this cause it is more calm. I was alone and felt safe to walk at night and I could see the stars. The room was cleaned up everyday. No cockroaches (Thanks God). if I have to come back to El Nido, I would try some place better even if I had to pay 3 times this price. It seems that Swiftlefts Inn and Amakan Bed Bunk Breakfast are nice. If i were you I would try one of these.

Excellent choice

We had a great experience at Raje Residence. The staff and owners were amazing and very friendly. The breakfasts were the best we ate in the Philippines and different everyday. They even cooked one for us at 5am! The rooms are quiet, which is now hard to find in El Nido. The location was good for us, halfway between corong corong and el nido town. We were able to walk everywhere. This hotel is definitely for someone who doesn't want to pay for an expensive place, but equally doesn't want something too budget / basic.
