Great staff members and friendly! Pretty good price with giant kingsize mattress!! I stayed in super good and clean shape room! Only downside was a breakfast but overall good

The hotel was absolutely disgusting! The view was a brick wall. The curtains and bedding were stained. The floor had wrappers and the conjoining room door was open. The next door room looked like they had a party in there.

I recommend people do not stay at this hotel. I travel all over the world and in the United States I've never been to a two-star hotel that was this bad. Anf a very unsafe environment inside & out. Sketchy characters & noise all night.

The room was very run down. Rust on the bathroom door frame. Towel bars loosely attached. Thread warn carpets. Hallway walls and service doors in corridors damaged by service carts.

Mostly a great stay

Our room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Restaurant service was limited and bar was not open during my 4 day stay. The coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. I take points off this one because of the state of neglect in the courtyard. It must have once been a beautiful space, but is now overgrown with weeds and should have been mowed at least 2 weeks ago. It was a bit of a disappointment as all the rooms have floor to ceiling windows and it's hard to not see it. We didn't use the pool but it looked spacious and well maintained. Watch out for the hornet nest in the gazebo!

Our first room had a roaches and smoke alarm was torn off the wall. The entire place smelled like marijuana. moved to a room on the other side of the building. The pool area was extremely crowded, they ran out of pool towels and the next morning they ran out of the advertised grab and go breakfast by 8:00 am. I will not be back. Although I do have to say the young woman at the front desk handled my complaints professionally and non combatively as possible.

Good and bad

We experienced good & bad: the bed was great, the furnishings & temperature were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful; the bad was with our reservation— on hotels.com we made 1 reservation for 2 rooms but the hotel said their system doesn’t work that way so we had 2 separate reservations in their system which required two security deposits of $150 each which are held on our credit card for 7-10 days!! Doesn’t seem right!!! 😠

When I checked in I was given a room that the A/C did not work, they moved me to another room. The staff at check in was friendly but the rest of the staff was not. The room was clean but the property was not very clean, I'm not sure what is going on here but I asked to extend, I was told I could not but I could have rented a room on Expedia. I went somewhere else When I'm back in this area I will choose a different hotel to stay

This property is very old and outdated. The carpet throughout the entire place is so gross, dirty, smelly and filled with God knows what kind of germs. Had to go by plug ins for my two rooms because they smelled like cigarettes smoke and pot smoke. Bath tub and vents had mold. Phone was broken, sliding door to closet was broken

Michigan finally got me after 55 years!

Someone broke into my car & stole about $1,000.00 worth of tools & other items of mine. I actually had to ask for a trash can. I noticed something that looked like mold in the vent just before I left to check out just before realizing that my car had been broken into.
