"Grounds are big and beautiful! Lots of wildlife and beauty....Everyone we met was very friendly, room service especially surprised me. Lots of stuff to do for kids!! Mini zoo, water park, pool, indoor play area and an "ok" beach for playing in the sand. Food was survivable at the buffet. Slightly better at restaurants. Drinks at bars were lackluster. Seaweed big issue and beach has rocks underwater not visible as you enter water. Water shoes highly recommended. Lots of water activities. Pools were great. "

I do wish there was more shopping and maybe some vendors since we couldn't leave the hotel it would have been nice to be able to do some more local shopping. "We liked that the property was very clean and it had an option for booking a Villa which was ideal for us since we had a family of 2 with 2 toddlers. They were able to play in the living room together and had a large space to run around. The hot tub in the patio area was also a bonus. The restaurants had great food and there were lots of options.
