"The beach is beautiful but there wasn't not enough staff by beach or the pool. Loved the oacean view. I had asked to get move to a higher floor because the view from the first floor was minimal. I did asked to get upgrade because that's what it said to do on the Expidia app. They said they didn't show that. I showed them where it said it but still they said I would have to pay extra. I brought a friend with me because I been there before and I like it. They were suppose to call her about her room when it was ready around 3:30 and they didn't so I called them and they said it's been ready but no one called. "

"The hotel, property, staff and restaurants were above all expectations. The balcony was nice in the morning, but we could not enjoy it during the afternoon or evening because of the restaurant ventilation being directly below. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. "
