The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast food could have been fresher. Room was clean, facility was clean. Waterslides were fun! would have been nice to have the hot tub working.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. Right in the heart of the Fremont Street experience. We stayed in Carson Tower and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of our room. We ate at one of the steakhouses in the Golden Nugget and had a great meal. Excellent breakfast nearby at Binions and the D.
