The overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was not good. The rooms were not very clean. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, which negatively impacted the entire experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The Kitchen had no cooking items, no silverware or dishes. The water was fine temperature wise. Good water pressure, bad shower drain the water almost overflowed from lack of drainage.

Very convenient location for our cruise. Room was kind of old. We had a leak in the air conditioner vent but they came promptly to fix. Then a leak over the sink.

We have stayed here before and will again. The rooms have been updated and are modern. The rooms were clean. Also, the breakfast had numerous hot items and was delicious. They are pet friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay.
