"The resort landscaping is beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the staff was all really friendly. The only suggestion I would have is have another option for eating between 4pm-6pm. We arrived for checkin at 2:45 and due to the amount of guests that arrived at the same time we were not done till 4pm and at that point the only options we had were snacks at the buffet, coffee shop, and room service that took and hour to get our food. "W have been to GR Solaris in the past, it is clean and the pool/entertainment area is great. The food - sometimes it was excellent, sometime the meat was dry and the carver's in the dining room did not seem to want to be there, I felt like I was intruding on them instead of being their customer. we did have one guy that carved and served that was nice, the rest not so much.
