We had a slight issue with the thermostat in our room. The heater would kick on rather than cool. When maintenance could not fix the issue the manager on duty not only changed our room but had a bellhop assist us with transferring our bags from one room to the other. 10/10 service

Room was great and housekeeping staff is the best. We arrived past midnight, the staff did not properly orient us about the place. We basically have to find our way in and out and figure how we can enjoy ourselves. That booking for specialized restaurant is a lil offish.... the staff at Zai restaurant ...
