"The staff are polite and very accommodating. Always asking if the room needs cleaning and if there's anything that I needed. The breakfast was adequate and had great options (hot and cold). The hotel is popular and there was a wait at check-in. I wish the lobby had more seating. "

"Room as clean. They make the bed every 3 days but will take out the trash a replace towels everyday. The location is SUPER convenient! They have a water dispenser on the north building and self-service laundry room in the south building"

"The location is in a more historic section of Macau with plenty of interesting side streets. Ypu just have to explore! We loved this hotel and will come back. Sure beats the mega hotels on the Cotai strip!"
