"The area around the hotel, might to everyone's taste, but it is authentic Bangkok, & safe. I did not use the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but used the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which runs once an hour. The hotel was clean, with regular re-supplies of coffee & water"
